The Original Wood House

The Original Wood House is a spacious Caribbean-style three-bedroom house with a master bedroom with a queen bed and two rooms with two single beds. All bedrooms and living areas have fans, and there is also excellent airflow in the house. The Original Wood House has a beautiful view to enjoy golden sunsets across the bay!

Downstairs you will find the kitchen with a dining table for indoor eating. A pantry for food and luggage storage and a regular-size bathroom with a hot water shower. To the rear of the property is a garden whilst to the front is a large covered relaxation deck built over the water with ample dining and lounging space within a tropical garden setting.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, a 5-burner stove, and an oven. Large double doors lead out onto the outside terrace, with a dining table and chairs and a large lounger. A high roof covers the large outdoor deck to protect it from the sun whilst allowing cool breezes to pass through.

House Rules

House rates and fees

• Nightly Rate – $95.00 per night for 2 people ( with a minimum two night stay) and an additional charge of $10 per person after the first 2.
• Weekly Rate – $595.00 for 2 people / $700.00 for 3 people / $735.00 for 4 people
• 10% tourist tax not included

Additional Rental Fees

• On all rentals, there is a $30.00 cleaning fee!
• Kayak use is free of charge for guests
• Standup Paddle Boards free of charge for guests
• Bikes Rental at $5 per bike per day for guests
• Snorkeling gear use is free of charge for guests
• BBQ use has a cleaning and preparation fee of $5
• Personal Laundry making use of Organic Detergent at $10 per load

Reservation policy

• To reserve a place, we require a 50% down payment.
• If you wish to cancel a reservation one month before your reservation date, we will return 100% of your down payment.
• 2 weeks prior, we will return 50% of your down payment.
• 1 week prior, we will return 25% of your down payment.
• If we have a no-show, we will not return your down payment.
• If you cannot arrive on your reservation date, we will hold your reservation (if we got notified), but you will be charged for all days reserved.
