The Orange House

The Orange House is a two-bedroom double-story tropical getaway built over the water with unobstructed views of Saigon Bay. Upstairs you´ll discover two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and large windows overlooking the bay. The bedroom has an air-con and fan and smart/cable tv. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, air-con, and cable tv.

Downstairs you´ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a 5-burner stove, oven, and large fridge. The kitchen has an island table separating it from the breakfast nook table/ work area. Large double doors lead out onto the downstairs terrace with a dining table and chairs for those sundowners and breezy dinners outdoors, as well as a covered lounge with your all important hammock, sun loungers, and relaxation couch.

The downstairs bathroom is large and spacious with his and hers vanity basins, a large shower with hot water, and a toilet. We supply organic coconut soaps for use during your stay, along with plush towels.

The Orange House also has a private deck, ideal for enjoying a great book and winding down in the sunshine! Relax on your deck and watch the wonderful selection of fish that live under the house.

House Rules

House rates and fees

• Nightly Rate – $130.00 per night for 2 people (with a minimum three-night stay) and an additional charge of $15 per person after the first 2.
• Weekly Rate – $865.00 for 2 people / $965 for 3 people / $1064 for 4 people
• 5% discount for all week or longer stays
• 10% tourist tax not included

Additional Rental Fees

• On all rentals, there is a $30.00 cleaning fee!
• Kayak use is free of charge for guests
• Standup Paddle Boards free of charge for guests
• Bikes Rental at $5 per bike per day for guests
• Snorkeling gear use is free of charge for guests.
• BBQ use has a cleaning and preparation fee of $5
• Personal Laundry making use of Organic Detergent at $10 per load

Reservation policy

• To reserve a place, we require a 50% down payment.
• If you wish to cancel a reservation one month before your reservation date, we will return 100% of your down payment.
• 2 weeks prior, we will return 50% of your down payment.
• 1 week prior, we will return 25% of your down payment.
• If we have a no-show, we will not return your down payment.
• If you cannot arrive on your reservation date, we will hold your reservation (if we got notified), but you will be charged for all days reserved.
